• Our motto and truly our creed.  Our role is to act as a liaison between people who have legitimately fallen on hard times and their mortgage lender.  Our goal in this situation is to reach a settlement that saves the resident's credit and the ability to purchase a home again in the near future.  If you are a person who has hit the end of their financial rope we may be just the people, uniquely situated, to help.

• People in bad situations who are unable to make their house payments and with a bleak financial future have few places to turn.  You may have mediocre credit, or not much equity, or you may just be running out of time to deal with your situation.  It can be unlikely to get the assistance of a Real Estate Agent, a potential home buyer or Mortgage Broker (refinance). 
• The majority of people in this unfortunate situation often fall into a long period of denial that they don't come out of until both the home and their credit are completely lost.  Dont be the majority!  Facing the major problems in life is always the best way to deal with them and we are often one of the best ways of finding a fast solution.
